VEDANT Opal - Nagpur's First Luxurious Property

Nagpur has been the city of my education, college life precisely. The novelties experienced in the city have always been endearing. The local friends I made never let me feel alone or away from family. In due course of time I realized that the general comportment and character of the people of Nagpur is friendly. Wherever I went I had been greeted with love and respect. This feeling further endeared the city to me. Slowly and steadily I learnt the language, the customs and the food habits. In a period of five years I was well versed with the city and its traditions. College life got over and I left the city to chase my dreams.

I would say destiny has been kind enough and it brought me back to Nagpur after half a decade. I got an esteemed offer in this city and relocated with bag and baggage.  I was mildly surprised to find most of my old friends out of the city. Some got married and shifted while others got posting in different places of India. And Nagpur-well it had changed somewhat beyond recognition. I could find a lot of commercial complexes, good roads, flyovers and an improved transport system. The positive transformation of Nagpur was right in front of my eyes.  

I wished to invest a property in the city. The hunt for Nagpur properties began. Finally I zeroed in to Nanis Buildcon. Their Vedant Opal project with its luxurious lay out and amenities attracted me. I had always wished for a flat like the ones in Vedant Opal. Besides being close to my office, the construction of the flats appealed to me.

Needless to say, Vedant Opal is the house of my dreams. In due course of time , HDFC approved my loan and I booked a flat along with three of my friends. The handing over of the keys was done pretty much on time. I feel comfortable because of my familiarity with the city and the location of my residence in this plush vicinity. The other projects by Nanis Buildcon have the same high standard and the flats are worth everyone’s consideration.
